Nursery refers to Bright Minds Nursery.
Parent/Guardian refers to the individual(s) legally responsible for the child.
Child refers to the enrolled student at Bright Minds Nursery.
Services include childcare, educational programs, activities, events, and related services offered by the Nursery
Admission is subject to availability and completion of all required registration documents. The Nursery reserves the right to accept or refuse admission at its discretion. Accurate and complete information about the child (including medical and emergency details) must be provided at the time of enrollment.

A written notice of 30 days is required for withdrawal. Failure to provide notice will result in fees being charged in lieu of notice. Any outstanding dues must be cleared before withdrawal is finalized.
Nursery operating hours are [Insert Hours].Children should be dropped off and collected on time. Late collection may result in additional charges.
Children must not attend the Nursery if they are unwell or contagious. Parents must inform the Nursery of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. Medication will only be administered with written consent and proper labeling. The Nursery follows health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with local regulatory authorities.
Bright Minds Nursery promotes positive behaviour and respectful interactions. Physical punishment or inappropriate disciplinary practices are strictly prohibited. The Nursery reserves the right to discuss or take appropriate action if a child’s behaviour consistently affects the well-being of others.
The Nursery is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Children should avoid bringing valuables to the Nursery.
The Nursery may take photographs or videos of children for educational, promotional, or social media purposes. Written consent will be obtained from parents/guardians. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.
In case of emergency, the Nursery will take necessary action to ensure the child’s safety. Parents/guardians will be informed as soon as possible. Any costs incurred due to emergency medical treatment will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
While every reasonable care is taken, the Nursery shall not be held liable for unforeseen incidents beyond its control. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
Bright Minds Nursery reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via official channels and/or the website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
